Purpose and terms of use. This website presents the owner’s services and lets you request a quote. Accessing and using it makes you a user and means you accept this legal notice. Users agree to use the website and its content in accordance with the law, good faith and public order, and not to use them for unlawful purposes or to damage or overload the site.
Information and quotes. The website’s content is for information only and is not a binding offer. The price and timescale of each job are set in an individual quote, once the job has been assessed and, normally, after a visit.
Intellectual property. The texts, photographs, design and code of this website belong to the owner or are used with their holders’ permission, and are protected by intellectual property law. They may not be reproduced, distributed, communicated to the public or modified without the owner’s express permission, except for personal use.
Liability. The owner aims to keep the information accurate and up to date but does not guarantee that it is error-free or that the site is always available, and may change its content without notice. The owner is not liable for damage caused by interruptions or technical failures beyond their control, nor for the content and policies of third-party sites linked from this website (for example WhatsApp or OpenStreetMap).
Governing law. This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts that have jurisdiction under the applicable rules and, where the user is a consumer, by the courts of their place of residence.

What data we process and where it comes from. The data you give us when you send the quote form: name, telephone number, town, type of work, message and, if you wish, up to five photos. If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we process the data from that contact (for example your number and the content of your messages). To prevent abuse of the form, an irreversible code calculated from your IP address is kept for one hour at most; it cannot identify you and then expires.
What we use it for. To answer your quote request or enquiry, assess the job, arrange a visit where appropriate and, if you hire us, provide the service. We do not build profiles, take automated decisions or use your data to send you advertising.
Legal basis. Your consent, given when you send the form after ticking the privacy box (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Retention. We keep the data for as long as needed to deal with your request and, if you hire us, for the duration of the relationship and the legal retention and limitation periods. If you do not hire us, the data is deleted when it is no longer needed.
Recipients. We do not disclose your data to third parties except where legally required. The website hosting provider (Raiola Networks, S.L.) and the provider of the contact email (Microsoft, Outlook/Hotmail service) have access to it as processors, only to provide their service. The latter may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Third-party content. The map on the contact page loads from OpenStreetMap and the contact buttons open WhatsApp. Those services receive technical data (such as your IP address) or whatever you give them, and process it under their own privacy policies; the owner does not receive it from them.
Your rights. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to Vayo-77@hotmail.com, stating which right you are exercising and proving your identity. If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookie policy
This website does not set its own or third-party cookies in your browser when you visit it, and it uses no analytics or advertising tools. That is why it does not show a cookie banner. Fonts are served from the site itself.
Third-party content. The map on the contact page comes from OpenStreetMap. When it loads, that service may receive your IP address and browser technical data, which it processes under its own policy. If you click a WhatsApp button you move to that service, which is governed by its own terms and cookie policy.
Site administration. Technical session cookies are used only when the owner or maintenance staff sign in to the admin panel; they do not affect visitors.
If non-essential cookies (for example analytics) are added in future, your consent will be requested first and this policy will be updated.
